In fact, I could imagine the piece on headphones during a train journey. I myself have not tried it yet. But it should be an older train model. One that still brings enough noise proportion with it. Noise, rattling, squeaking. And a certain speed to be achieved. A maelstrom of noise. This brief hour then go through without being interrupted by the conductor. »Time is love« is apparent from a three-hour radio improvisation, taken on 07/13/2013. Hello, I am Jan Grünfeld and this is my album "Music for plants". When you read the title, you expect no rock'n'roll, indie or pop. Of course, the music is pretty ambient. The key ingredients for a successful track are therefore: good soil, a suntrap, occasionally rain and fresh air. Well and headphones! The tracks are based on a live improvisation with electric guitar and a looping machine. I recorded the music in the summer of 2014 on a huge balcony of an old villa in Bad Muskau,... And then, all of a sudden, as if the storm came to an end, the room became silent. One heard a silent rattling reminding us of sundering thoughts, but still the room was silent. There was a roar of anepia around us, a shaft of light above the horizon starting to scream. Then we lay, floated, lay again on the constantly shapeshifting floor, being held by contemplation’s grip. Bridges formed, ruptures yawned, their mouthes, wide open at first, slowly closing (this is the work of our scars set... Topics: hpcd108, headphonica, Ana Bogner

I've often wondered if plants dream as they sleep through the winter, and if they do, do they remember their dreams when they wake in the spring? Does the nature of the dream effect how they grow that season? "It has been a few months now, since I have published my first musical release, a six track EP named "Six Bits Of Black Broken Glass". At that time, there were already some new ideas floating around, which now have become another release called "Happiness". "When talking about music with people, for saying things like "this beat is taken from ..." i often get replys like: "yeah maybe, but i like it anyways." If there wouldn't be these "but, anyways" i'd be fine with it. We're all stuck in the 18th century mentally. In the Middle Ages "componere" still had the original meaning of "to enclose". this is music that was born out of euphoric dreams, and frustrating realities.Coming from a land where Monotonous hums lumber around like sleepy giants through empty avenues; on the edge of sleep, all that keeps them awake are the uncontrollable outbursts coming from the toothless mouths hiding in the palms of their hands, when they feel sister sleep tugging at their eyelids they cover their ears with their hands and let the mouths lull them to wakefulness. Its looks like complexity of nature is only illusion. Nature is based on countless, very simple rules still overlapping and acting on many levels and scales. Some of them have major (for our senses) effects and another are very subtle but in fact all of them are equally important and all of them still affects each other. This album was about putting everything on the table. It was about not thinking about anything, but feeling. To get rid of a whole past that doesn't suit the present anymore. It was about not judging any ideas that come through as good or bad, but to accept them and to go with the flow of creativity. To not worry about perfection in terms of music or life because the truth is that the only perfection is to fully accept that we are imperfect, and that in itself is the perfect way to be.
